本網站致力提供最新的產品資訊、價格及庫存狀況，並保留隨時更改價格而不作另行通知的權利。如因缺貨而未能供應訂購產品，本網站有權拒絕訂單，或建議提供類似類別及價格的替代產品。如我們無法提供閣下訂單中的任何商品或服務，將會以電話或電郵方式通知閣下。

This website strives to provide the most up-to-date product information, pricing, and stock availability. We reserve the right to adjust prices at any time without prior notice. In the event that a product is out of stock and cannot be supplied, we reserve the right to reject the order or offer a substitute item of similar type and value. If we are unable to fulfill any part of your order, we will notify you via phone or email.​

B. [訂製款式 CUSTOM ORDER]

歡迎透過 WhatsApp（852-62246494）或電郵（hkneonlight@gmail.com）聯絡我們查詢及訂製霓虹燈／LED 招牌。我們將提供報價單及效果圖以確認所有訂單內容。 顧客有責任在付款前仔細核對報價單及效果圖的所有資料，並確認其正確無誤。一旦確認付款，即表示訂單內容已獲雙方確認，並不得作任何更改。 如顧客於付款後要求更改設計或訂單內容，可能需重新下單，已付款的訂單及已開始製作或完成的燈牌將不設退款。

 

You are welcome to contact us via WhatsApp (+852-6224 6494) or email (hkneonlight@gmail.com) to inquire about or place a custom order for neon signs or LED signage. We will provide a quotation and a visual mockup to confirm all order details. Customers are responsible for carefully reviewing and verifying the information on the quotation and mockup before making payment. Once payment is received, it is deemed that both parties have confirmed the order details, and no further changes will be accepted. If the customer requests changes to the design or order details after payment, a new order may be required. Payments made for confirmed orders and any items already in production or completed are non-refundable.​

C. [品質條款 QUALITY CONDITIONS]

由於每批燈帶生產批次有所不同，即使是相同的顏色編號，也可能出現輕微色差。此外，同一顏色編號在不同粗度的燈帶上，亦可能出現光度及色調上的差異。請於確認訂單前詳細了解相關資訊。 燈牌一經製作，將不會因上述色差問題而安排退款。如因下單時輸入錯誤的顏色編號，可申請退貨退款，或選擇重新製作（重新製作時間約需 5 至 7 個工作天）。

 

Due to variations between production batches, slight color differences may occur even for the same color code. Additionally, the same color code may appear differently in brightness and tone when used with LED strips of different thicknesses. Please ensure you fully understand these differences before confirming your order. Once a sign has been produced, refunds will not be offered for issues related to the above-mentioned color variations. If the wrong color code was provided at the time of ordering, you may request a return and refund, or opt for a remake (remaking typically requires approximately 5 to 7 working days).

D. [購物條款 SHOPPING TERMS]

所有商品價格均以港幣（HKD）計算，並以顧客下單當時所顯示之金額為準。客戶於成功下單後，須以銀行自動櫃員機轉賬（ATM）、轉數快（FPS）或 PayMe 完成付款。 若因銀行或第三方支付平台（如信用卡交易處理商）出現故障而導致交易失敗，本網站概不承擔任何責任。 本網站將根據客戶提供的資料進行訂單處理。如因客戶提供錯誤資料，或因任何非本網站所能控制的因素而影響訂單，本網站恕不負責。 所有貨品之擁有權，將於商品送達客戶前由本網站保留。如因客戶提出額外要求而引致的任何損失或延誤，本網站概不承擔責任。 顧客在收到貨品時，將同時獲發購物收據以作紀錄。

All product prices are listed in Hong Kong Dollars (HKD) and are based on the amount shown at the time of order placement. Once an order is successfully placed, customers are required to complete payment via Bank ATM transfer, FPS (Faster Payment System), or PayMe. This website shall not be held responsible for any transaction failures caused by issues with banks or third-party payment processors (such as credit card gateways). Orders will be processed based on the information provided by the customer. We are not liable for any issues or delays resulting from incorrect information submitted by the customer or from circumstances beyond our control. Ownership of all goods remains with the website until the products are delivered to the customer. We are not responsible for any losses or delays arising from special requests made by the customer. A purchase receipt will be issued to the customer upon delivery of the goods for record purposes.​

E. [不可抗力 FORCE MAJEURE]

如因天災、火災、水災、意外、暴動、戰爭、政府政策、罷工，或其他本網站無法控制的因素，導致未能準確或如期提供所需服務，本網站對使用者或任何第三方概不承擔任何責任。

In the event that services cannot be accurately or promptly provided due to natural disasters, fire, flooding, accidents, riots, war, government policies, strikes, or any other circumstances beyond the control of this website, we shall not be held liable to the user or any third party.

3.運輸送貨 DELIVERY

本地送貨一般以以下3個方式： ​

[自取] 香港中環鴨巴甸街35號B座HG19室（必須先預約成功）

[順豐] 由我們惠洲工場送出，本地香港、澳門、中國地區免運費。（不適用於含固定底座的訂單）

[FEDEX] 海外地區將會由FEDEX派送，運費需要由客人預先寄付。

 

Local delivery is generally available through the following three methods.

[Self-Pickup] Room HG19, Block B, 35 Aberdeen Street, Central, Hong Kong (by appointment only).

[SF Express] Shipped from our Huizhou factory.

Free shipping is offered to Hong Kong, Macau, and Mainland China (not applicable to orders with fixed bases).

[FEDEX] For overseas orders, delivery will be arranged via FEDEX. Shipping fees must be prepaid by the customer.

4. 品質保養 QUALITY MAINTENANCE

所有 NEON LIGHT HK 的 LED 霓虹燈均為純手工製作，無論是現貨還是訂製款式，並非由機器自動生產。由於霓虹燈以柔性燈帶製成，具一定彈性，因此成品與設計圖之間可能出現細微差異，購買前敬請參考我們的製作案例並充分了解相關特性。 在製作過程中，亞加力底板可能會出現輕微刮痕或膠水痕跡，尤其在使用透明亞加力時較為明顯，但這些情況不會影響霓虹燈的亮度或功能。 顧客在購買或訂製前須明白並接受上述特性。本店不會因輕微刮痕或膠水痕跡提供退換或賠償，敬請見諒，因為這些為手工製品中常見且難以避免的現象。

All NEON LIGHT HK LED neon signs are fully handcrafted, regardless of whether they are ready-made or custom orders. They are not mass-produced by machines. As the signs are made with flexible LED strips, slight variations from the original design may occur due to the material's natural elasticity. We recommend customers review our past work examples and fully understand these characteristics before making a purchase. During the production process, minor scratches or glue marks may appear on the acrylic backing—especially on transparent acrylic panels, where such marks may be more noticeable. However, these do not affect the brightness or performance of the neon sign. Customers must acknowledge and accept these features before purchasing or placing an order. We do not offer compensation or returns for minor scratches or glue marks, as they are common and often unavoidable in handmade products.

5.退還條款 RETURN & REFUND POLICY

​

請注意，所有透過 SF Express 寄送之貨品，其運送風險（包括延誤、損毀、遺失或意外盜竊等）將由買方自行承擔，本店恕不負責。如客人需要，我們可提供運輸收據以作寄出證明。 如選擇自取，客人可於取貨時即場測試產品，包括檢查燈飾是否能正常亮起或有否損壞。如發現問題，可即時提出退款申請（處理時間約 1–3 個工作天）或要求更換（重新製作及安排發貨約需 6–8 個工作天）。

Please note that all shipping risks associated with SF Express — including delays, damage, loss, or theft — are to be borne solely by the buyer. We shall not be held responsible for any such incidents. If proof of shipment is required, we can provide a shipping receipt as confirmation. For self-pickup orders, customers may test the product on-site at the time of collection to ensure the lighting functions properly and is free from damage. If any issues are found, customers may request a refund (processing time: approximately 1–3 working days) or a replacement (production and delivery time: approximately 6–8 working days).

6.保養條款 WARRANTY TERMS

​

若選擇送貨, 請注意所有運送風險 (包括貨品延誤、損毀、遺失或意外盜竊等) 必須由買方自行承擔, 我方一概恕不負責。如需我方證明已寄出貨品, 我方可提供運輸收據證明。如選擇自取貨品，客人可於取貨時自行即場測試貨品，檢測燈飾能否亮起或有否損壞，如有問題客人可要求退款（需1-3個工作天處理）或更換貨品（需6-8個天作天重新製作及發貨）。

​基本訂單包12個月免費保養，如有需要增長保養期，需要另加收費（費用需另報價）。Basic orders include 12 months of free warranty. If an extended warranty is required, additional charges will apply (pricing available upon request).
 

1. 更換因內部電線連接器損壞而導致損壞的變壓器，因此電源不能連接，從而產生電阻。
   Replacement of transformers damaged due to internal wire connector failure, which results in power disconnection and resistance issues.

2. 更換因內部電線連接器損壞而導致損壞的調光器，因此電源不能連接，從而產生電阻。
   Replacement of dimmers damaged due to internal wire connector failure, causing power disconnection and resistance issues.

3.  更換出現故障的遙控器。
   Replacement of malfunctioning remote controls.

4. 關於重新連接電源線的教程。
   Tutorials on how to reconnect the power cable.

5. 因人為損壞或誤用而引起的變壓器電源線鬆脫將不獲免費更換。 *[A]
   Transformers with loose power cables caused by human damage or misuse are not eligible for free replacement. *[A]

6. 因客戶自安裝錯誤而損壞的變壓器和調光器將不獲免費更換。
   Transformers and dimmers damaged due to incorrect self-installation by the customer are not eligible for free replacement.

7. 維修或更換有損壞燈帶的Led霓虹燈牌需時約5－7個工作天。 *[B] *[C] *[D]
   Repairs or replacement of LED neon signs with damaged light strips will require approximately 5–7 working days *[B] *[C] *[D].

8. 因人為損壞或誤用而引起的燈帶故障，將不獲免費更換。
   Light strip failures caused by human damage or misuse are not eligible for free replacement.

9. 所有因人為損壞的零件均可從NEON LIGHT HK以優惠價回購，價錢如下：（不包郵，以順豐到付寄出）
   All parts damaged due to human error can be repurchased from NEON LIGHT HK at a discounted price. Prices are as follows (shipping not included; items will be sent via SF Express with freight collect):
   — 重新接電源線服務 Cable Reattachment（須退回大角咀地址 Please return to our Tai Kok Tsui address）— HKD $300/ea
   — 淨電源線 Cable — HKD $20/1米 meter (8折優惠 20% OFF，原價 Original HKD $25/ea)
   — 變壓器 Adapters / Transformer － HKD $200/ea (8折優惠 20% OFF，原價 Original HKD $250/ea)
   — 調光器 Controller / Dimmer － HKD $120/ea (8折優惠 20% OFF，原價 Original HKD $150/ea)

Customer is responsible for the logistic fee, deliver the light to our PMQ Central showroom and pick up after maintenance.

*[D] 上門維修需要另付師傅人工，每次報價因應維修燈牌數量、地點及環境等因素而異。（需預約）
On site maintenance requires additional worker's labour cost and man hour, budget varies depends on number of neon signage to be repair, location and environmental circumstances, etc. (Reservation required)
